Brinkley Serkedakis is a Principal of The Bedrock Group and is the Founder of Arabella Street Strategies, a New Orleans-based firm providing nonprofit clients with fundraising, communications, and executive search consulting services. In recent years, Brinkley has also worked as a Senior Associate at Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm dedicated to recruiting transformational leaders for organizations that advance the public good.
Strategic Fundraising Expertise in Atlanta
An Atlanta native, Brinkley was previously an Associate Director at Coxe Curry & Associates, where she provided strategic fundraising guidance and support for a broad range of human services organizations, public and private schools, public/private partnerships, and arts organizations. Also in Atlanta, Brinkley served in leadership positions for Common Cause Georgia, CARE USA, and the Georgia Appleseed Center for Law and Justice. Earlier in her career, Brinkley worked in Washington, D.C. for Senator Mary Landrieu and for the Democratic Governors Association. She spent several election cycles in states throughout the Southeast, serving in campaign roles for Georgia Governor Roy Barnes and North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue.
Educational Accomplishments and Fellowships
Brinkley earned her BA from the University of Alabama. She is also a graduate of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce’s Education Policy Fellowship Program and of the Nancy Marsiglia Institute of Justice at Loyola School of Law.
