Elizabeth Pearce is an Atlanta native who has dedicated the last 25 years to serving the nonprofit community in Georgia and beyond. Elizabeth is the Co-Founder and Principal of the Bedrock Group, a boutique nonprofit consulting firm. Elizabeth is passionate about partnering with people and organizations that are dedicated to creating a creative, healthier and, more equitable society. She thrives on building strong relationships and mentoring others to better serve the community.
Experience & Education
For the last eight years, Elizabeth has served in development leadership roles at The Lovett School. As Chief Development Officer, Elizabeth led a team of 12 and oversaw all aspects of fundraising and alumni relations for the School. As Major Gifts Officer, Elizabeth personally solicited six- and seven-figure gifts for Lovett’s $113M comprehensive campaign, the largest in the School’s history.
Prior to her service at Lovett, Elizabeth spent 16 years at Coxe Curry & Associates, ending her tenure there as a Campaign Director. Her consulting experiences range from providing counsel and management services for annual, capital, and endowment campaigns to feasibility studies, development assessments, and the creation of campaign collateral. During her time at Coxe Curry, Elizabeth served more than 150 nonprofit clients in Atlanta, Macon, Rome, and Savannah.

Before joining Coxe Curry & Associates in 2000, Elizabeth worked as a PeopleSoft Project Manager and Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. She was responsible for technology package integration and installation for several Fortune 100 clients. Elizabeth also worked for INVESCO in their retirement plans services area where she provided customer service to over 75 corporate clients daily regarding 401(k) plans for over 10,000 individuals.
Elizabeth is in her 15th year as a Trustee of Rhodes College, her alma mater. She recently completed two terms on the Shepherd Center Foundation Board and currently co-chairs the Long Term Planning Committee and serves as a member of the Board Nominating Committee. Elizabeth’s past service includes: Agape Youth and Family Services, Breakthrough Atlanta, Frazer Center, L’Arche Atlanta, and Whitefoord Community Program.
Elizabeth graduated from The Lovett School and Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with a B.A. in Business Administration. She has an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
